In the past, Klipsch's sub-$100 in-ear headphones had a more neutral sound profile that was a bit of a counterpoint to the bass-hyped sound of Beats and other popular brands targeted at a more youthful audience.
It came as something of surprise then that the company's R6i, a $100 in-ear model (£79 in the UK, 'coming soon' in Australia) that you can get for closer to $80 online, is a bit of a departure from previous models like the S4i , S4i II , and higher-priced X7i .
Like those models, the R6i in-ear headphones, available in black or white, come with the company's patented oval-shaped eartips that make it easier to establish a perfect seal than round tips. It also has a tangle-resistant flat cord and an inline three-button remote and microphone for hands-free calls and control of music on Apple's iOS devices. A version without the inline remote, the $80 (£69) R6, is also available.
The R6i headphones are lightweight and comfortable to wear. They also do a decent job of sealing out ambient noise -- so long as you get a tight seal, of course. And they come with the standard Klipsch carrying case, which is one of the best out there.
Performance
When it comes to their sound, it's pretty simple: If you like bass, you'll like Klipsch's R6i headphones. And if you like a lot of bass, you may love them.
Klipsch R6 Ii Review
Yes, they're very bassy, and even the midrange is warmed up and rich. Bass fullness, oomph, and power are more plentiful you'll get from many similarly priced in-ear models, but the downside is that treble definition is lacking.

Hello, guys! Seeing that nobody has taken the time to do a review on these, I thought I would share my thoughts. Keep in mind that this a somewhat quick review, so feel free to ask me questions about them if you have any.
Build Quality
The Klipsch R6 is a solid in-ear headphone for the money. The wires are thick and strong, the buds themselves smooth and ergonomic, and the plug relatively sturdy. You will certainly see some peeling of the support around the plug after a few months, but I haven't found that to be a problem. They're still pounding out beats as strong as ever.

The dreaded cable noise
Ah, the cable noise issue that I've heard about. Yes, it's here. There's no getting past it, but you will get used to it. It did annoy me for the first month, yes, but I did adjust to it. The Klipsch R6 also seems to have less cable noise after a period of time, possibly due to the cable getting worked in. Either way, it's not as big of an issue as some make it out to be. You will be fine, trust me.
Sound Quality
Excellent. Simply excellent. Klipsch always nail sound quality, and I haven't found a consumer in-ear that compares. If you walk into your local Best Buy, there's really no reason to hesitate grabbing the Klipsch R6 off of the shelves. Allow me to break it down:
- The bass kicks while being tamed. There's this definition that the Klipsch R6 gives which is one of its main selling points. The bass defines itself without being too 'in your face' about it. (Beats, anyone?)
- The mids sound so smooth with these in-ears. Klipsch know how to work the mids on all of their products, and this one is no exception. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you put these on for the first time.
- The treble is where it comes down to personal preference. Klipsch have decided to tone it down a bit to avoid some sibilance issues that plagued the S4 line. There's less sparkle (barely), but the improvement to the overall listening experience is significant. You won't be ripping them out on a sibilant song. Kudos to Klipsch for getting this right.
The Captain's final verdict
Easeus data recovery full version. Buy them. You honestly can't go wrong with this purchase. If anything goes wrong, you have Klipsch's warranty to help you out. Paired with an iPhone or similar media device, these blow the competition out of the water. Your $80 can't be spent on any better consumer in-ear that you don't have to order in.
